The Douglass is a residential project including both rental unit building and condo buildings, with 757 units including affordable housing and 31,000sf of amenity spaces, designed to meet a Zero Carbon standard from both a construction and operations perspective and pursuing ILFI and LEED Platinum certification.  Amenities include a rooftop lounge and pool, multiple entertaining spaces including game rooms, test kitchen, tasting room, multiple fitness areas, a yoga studio, and several exterior terraces.
